Combined with our specially designed Herbal Toner, it becomes water-soluble to thoroughly cleanse and gently exfoliate. This unique treatment also prepares your skin for maximum absorption of serums, creams and masks to deliver active ingredients where they’re most effective.

Herbal Toner: Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Arctium Lappa (Burdock) Root Extract, Hedera Helix (Ivy) Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Extract, Saponaria Officinalis (Soapworth) Extract, Nasturtium Officinale (Watercress) Extract, Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey) Extract, Carum Petroselinum (Parsley) Extract, Agrimonia Eupatoria (Agrimony) Leaf Extract, Brown Sugar, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Caramel
STEP 2: Add 5-6 pumps of Herbal Toner over Cleansing Oil and continue to massage them together until sticky. Add cool water gradually to emulsify and turn into a white milky emulsion. Rinse until you no longer feel the emulsion.

I ordered this duo after doing a consultation with Tuel and learning that the Balance line is best for me. Later, I shared links to the products with my esthetician and learned that the toner in the duo has some pore clogging ingredients. I love Tuel products and have many others that are non-comedogenic, so I just assumed this duo would be too. Disappointing.
